Wait you’re telling me a wall that wasn’t completed can’t keep people from crossing? Next you’re going to tell me a house with no roof leaks water when it rains Personally I can’t get enough of the 1976 election president jimmy carter shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this Republicans screaming that Biden “left the Wall ™ to rust”. Because this massive project that was supposed to permanently solve undocumented immigration will collapse into failure without major overhaul in a year. The border wall (atleast along the entire border) was always a pointless waste of money, time and manpower. Most people without status either were smuggled through a border crossing or overstayed a legal visa. The Wall ™ was never going to do anything about those people. Lots of the rest are coming over in the middle of nowhere where they have plenty of time to breach the wall without interference. Hell, there’s a reason when Congress passed the Secure Fence act in 2006 that the Border Patrol came to Congress and asked to spend the money on other technologies rather than fences, as it wasn’t an efficient use of funding.

1976 election president jimmy carter shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

The only thing that wall has accomplished is a huge drain on the 1976 election president jimmy carter shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this taxpayer dollar and a huge middle finger to the entire ecosystem between the imaginary line from Mexico to the US. Few people seem to understand it was never really about stopping illegal immigration or drug smugglers. It was always just meant to be an offense to Mexico and everything south of it. It’s a physical manifestation of “fuck you, we don’t want you here”. If the US really wanted to curb illegal immigration, they would’ve facilitated the legal process (it is a costly and bureaucratic nightmare that you can invest so much into and still be denied) to enter the US legally, and they’d stop all their policies making life in Mexico and much of Latin America so much harder than it needs to be.
