I honestly hate it. I loathe 007 Years Of Bond 1962 – 2024 Thank You For The Memories Signatures Shirt so you should to go to store and get this going to the gym so I started small at home. I picked up some 15 lb dumbells and enjoyed the burn from them. Then moved up to 20’s then moved up to a nicer set at about 32lb each. I play video games and instead of twiddling my thumbs during loading screens I lift or squat or do push-ups. It’s boring but so is staring at my loading screen. I run 5 miles every morning before work. Running is rather boring. Free audiobooks from the public library and delicious endorphins make it possible. I’m fortunate enough to afford a trainer. I cannot self motivate but I can be guilted into going because I do not want to negatively impact my trainer. I find a long show/series to get into, watch the first 1/2 season, then tell yourself you can only watch it while working out. The hope is you’ll be hooked enough to force yourself to work out, it works great till that mid series low when they do dumb things like musicals… I’m looking at you Scrubs. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t, but I find it helps develop a nice habit and gives me a little something to look forward to.
